Our Services

Asking for help can sometimes be hard. Our goal is to reduce hunger and mitigate serious health and safety risks for adults and families who are unhoused and/or indigent living in Martin County, FL. We are here to help you meet your basic needs and assist you with a plan to reach self-sufficiency.

We also offer free case management services to help connect you with social, medical, and mental health services. Case management team can help you find resources for housing, food stamps, jobs, and locating other available services in the community. They might also arrange transportation and support if you're facing life-threatning or severe health or emotional crises, and other serious illnesses.
