Case Management
We also provide free case management services to help connect individuals with social services and medical or mental health assistance. Case management staff assist individuals with finding resources for housing, food stamps, jobs and locating other available services in the community.
We frequently start by helping clients obtain vital documentation such as birth certificates and identification cards. With proper I.D., clients can secure housing opportunities and access essential medical and mental health services.
Case managers transport and support clients who are experiencing life-threatening health crises such as cancer and other serious illnesses. This includes helping them schedule and attend crucial medical appointments. The case managers might also arrange transportation to a mental health facility for those who are suicidal or facing a severe mental or emotional crisis.
In order to accomplish our mission, we always welcome new volunteers who share our commitment to doing good in the world.
If you would like to help, please don't hesitate to contact us. A helping hand is always greatly appreciated. Thank you!
