Les Kindberg lives in Palm City with his wife Bette who owns a photography business. Les is retired from Grumman and enjoys yard work, hunting, any sport on TV and his time volunteering for LAHIA.
He was introduced to LAHIA by another volunteer who was bringing donations to Care Net where his wife Bette donates her time. Although Les had a heart for the homeless to begin with, LAHIA has given him an outlet to demonstrate his willingness to help. We can always count on Les to be available to pick up donations of clothing, furniture, appliances and bikes.
His vision for LAHIA mainly is that “we would continue to win the homeless to Jesus Christ”. He also is praying for a building that can be used as a shelter and a thrift shop. Les is a Christian gentleman who humbly does his part to serve Christ through this ministry and we are so grateful to him and his wife for their prayerful support, ready smiles and big hugs. God bless this wonderful couple!
