Lynette Crocker is our secretary and the volunteer we want to highlight this month.  Lynette lives in Stuart with her 5-year-old daughter Charlee.  Lynette works for Waterblasting Technologies of Stuart, but her final day will be August 13, when she will become a full-time stay-at-home mom.  Lynette looks forward to being free to volunteer at Charlee’s school, increase her involvement with LAHIA and pursue some educational interests.

Lynette enjoys softball and kickboxing.  She loves to read, play scrabble and other word games.  She enjoys women's Bible studies, Christian concerts and meaningful conversation with friends.

Lynette had heard about LAHIA for several years through friends and church, but got involved with LAHIA about 18 months ago in an attempt to find an "others" focus for her life.  She sensed a family spirit almost immediately and enjoys spending Saturday's with her new extended family.

She envisions LAHIA eventually having the space and volunteers needed to offer one-on-one discipleship training and coaching in interpersonal relationships and life skills to give our clients the stability and confidence they need to tackle LIFE with success.
